Apartment walls are painted, flooring is installed, and bathrooms are nearing completion with tile, grab bars, mirrors, cabinetry, and countertops largely finished. Hallways throughout the West, East, and North Wings feature completed flooring, base trim, handrails, lighting, and built-in cabinetry, with only final details such as cabinet door fronts and select fixtures remaining.

While some delays are anticipated the project remains on track, with spaces quickly taking shape and reflecting the high-quality, welcoming environment planned for future residents.
